Isabel Dórdio Dimas is an Assistant Professor at the University of Coimbra (Faculty of Economics). Her research interests include leadership, conflicts, organizational teams, team effectiveness, and emotions in the organizational context. Her work has been published at Negotiation and Conflict Management Research, Team Performance Management, Computers and Human Behavior, Journal of Psychology, Journal of Work and Organizational Psychology, etc.
