Proposta de Projeto para o Serviço Educativo do futuro museu de Estarreja sobre o Culto do Arroz

Abstract

This report is the final result of a curricular internship, lasting 3 months, at the City Hall of Estarreja. The curricular internship arose with the aim of investigating and researching the rice cult in the region of Estarreja, as well as to program the educational service for the future museum of Estarreja, on the cult of rice. In this internship report the description will be held of all activities developed during the curricular internship. As well as a chapter with a brief description of cultural heritage, museum centers and cultural equipment that the county of Estarreja houses. This report will have two major and important chapters. The first one contains the history of rice in the world, from where it was first found, to its diffusion, to the rice cycle, to the work of the rice weeders in Portugal and until the work of the machines in the "Hidro-Elétrica" of Estarreja, former rice hulling factory. The second major chapter is the programming part of the Educational Service for the future museum of Estarreja. In this chapter different projects are presented ranging from fixed exhibitions on the work of rice weeders and the work in "Hidro-Elétrica", through workshops on rice, to workshops of conversations with the former workers of the factory and with the old rice weeders of the region. In this chapter some projects are also presented for inclusion of the future museum in the other cultural equipment of the county of Estarreja, as well as on the online platforms of the Municipal Library of Estarreja.

O presente relatório é o resultado final de um estágio curricular, com a duração de 3 meses, na Câmara Municipal de Estarreja. O estágio curricular surgiu com o intuito de investigar e pesquisar sobre o culto do arroz na região de Estarreja, assim como programar posteriormente o serviço educativo para o futuro museu de Estarreja, sobre o culto do arroz. Neste relatório de estágio será realizada a descrição de todas as atividades desenvolvidas durante o estágio curricular, assim incluirá, um capítulo com uma breve descrição do Património Cultural, núcleos museológicos e equipamentos culturais que o município de Estarreja abriga. Este relatório contará com dois grandes e importantes capítulos. Do primeiro consta a história do arroz no mundo, desde onde foi encontrado pela primeira vez, à sua difusão, ao ciclo do arroz, ao trabalho das mondadeiras em Portugal e até ao laborar das máquinas na “Hidro-Elétrica” de Estarreja, antiga fábrica de descasque de arroz. O segundo grande capítulo é a parte da programação do Serviço Educativo para o futuro museu de Estarreja. Aqui serão apresentados projetos que vão desde exposições fixas sobre o trabalho das mondadeira e o trabalho na “Hidro-Elétrica”, passando por ateliers sobre o arroz, até ateliers de conversas com os antigos trabalhadores da fábrica e com as antigas mondadeiras da região. Neste capítulo serão também apresentados alguns projetos de inserção do futuro museu nos restantes equipamentos culturais do município de Estarreja, bem como nas plataformas online da Biblioteca Municipal de Estarreja.
