Abstract

Na presente investigação iremos analisar o direito à proteção de dados pessoais, com especial enfoque nas alterações introduzidas pelo Regulamento Geral sobre a Proteção de Dados. Refletindo sobre as suas principais questões, dedicaremos especial atenção ao papel desempenhado pelo responsável pelo tratamento e subcontratante, de forma a apresentar as devidas conclusões sobre as suas principais obrigações e responsabilidades ao abrigo da nova legislação.
