Relações Públicas e Assessoria de Imprensa

Abstract

Este trabalho apresenta uma reflexão sobre os meus três meses de estágio no Teatro Académico de Gil Vicente, apoiada numa breve revisão da literatura sobre Relações Públicas.Os comunicados de imprensa, pela importância enquanto tarefa primordial que realizei durante o estágio, têm destaque neste trabalho. A componente teórica do relatório é dedicada às conceções teóricas da área das Relações Públicas, em geral e da Assessoria de Imprensa, em particular, com foco no comunicado de imprensa. Em razão do estágio ter decorrido numa instituição cultural são feitas abordagens à forma como os assessores interagem com o jornalismo especializado na vertente cultural. E ainda, as potencialidades e características distintivas deste tipo de jornalismo, na Internet.Pela incontornabilidade dos meios digitais, nos dias de hoje, são abordados os desafios que a Internet apresenta e as potencialidades do mundo digital, na atuação dos profissionais de Relações Públicas.Concluo que a experiência de estágio foi enriquecedora e abriu horizontes para aprofundar as matérias que suscitaram interesse.O relatório será dividido em dois grupos. No primeiro é abordada a experiência de estágio. Neste grupo é apresentada a entidade que acolheu o meu estágio. Em seguida são expostas as minhas atividades durante o período de três meses que trabalhei no TAGV. No final do grupo existe uma reflexão sobre as tarefas e a sua contribuição para a minha formação.No segundo grupo é desenvolvida uma breve componente teórica, recorrendo à literatura especializada, naturalmente, subordinada a matérias levantadas pela realização do estágio.

This paper reflects my three months internship at Gil Vicente's Academic Theater, supported by a brief review of the Public Relations literature.The press releases as the primary task, that I carried out during the internship, are the centerpiece in this work. The theoretical component of the report is dedicated to the conceptions of the Public Relations area in general, the Press Office in particular, and the press release in specific.The internship has taken place in a cultural institution because of that this paper approaches the way the press agent interact with journalism specialized in the cultural field. And the potentialities and distinctive characteristics of this type of journalism, on the Internet.By the importance of digital media, I address the challenges that the Internet presents and the potential of the digital world, in the work of public relations professionals.I conclude that the internship experience was enriching and opened the horizons on the subjects that attracted interest.The report will be divided into two groups. In the first one is approached the internship experience. In this group is presented the entity that welcomed my internship. Next, my activities are exposed during the three-month period I worked on the TAGV. At the end of the group there is a reflection on the tasks and their contribution to my training.In the second group a brief theoretical component is developed, resorting to the specialized literature, naturally, subordinated to subjects raised by the accomplishment of the stage.
