A Reforma Protestante: Entre o Cisma e o Diálogo Ecuménico

Abstract

Based on a year of pedagogical experience of internship and bibliographical research, this report aims to approach a subject of the eighth grade, and develop it in to a work of bibliographical synthesis and create a didactic application related with the theme in study. After an analysis of the months as a trainee teacher, this paper will focus on the Protestant Reformation in three steps: first, a historical contextualization about the Western Church at the end of the Middle Ages; secondly, the study of the three main Protestant Churches of the 16th century and, finally, a short analysis on the evolution of the contact between catholics and protestants in the contemporaneity. The objective is to better understand the changes in the relationship between the two main parts of the Western Christianity, what created the churches that we studied and the elements that are equal and those who are not. In the last chapter, this report will approach the use of different types of documents in the classroom, the way they can be adapted didactically, the presentation of the flipped classroom strategy and the application in the classroom of the theme in approach. For this, we created two classes. The main materials, created by us, pretend that the students gain knowledge at home in order to they be able to expose it and be evaluated through it in the classroom. We pretend and we believe that it’s possible to promote and improve the learning, because the theorical knowledge is studied by the students themselves at home.

Baseado num ano de experiência pedagógica de estágio e de pesquisa bibliográfica, este relatório pretende abordar um tema do 8º ano de escolaridade, desenvolvê-lo com base num trabalho de síntese bibliográfica e criar uma aplicação didática relacionada com a temática em apreço. Após uma análise dos meses como professor estagiário, o presente trabalho irá focar-se na Reforma Protestante, passando por três etapas: uma contextualização histórica da situação da Igreja Ocidental em fins da Idade Média, o estudo das três principais correntes protestantes do séc. XVI e, por fim, uma breve abordagem sobre a evolução do diálogo ecuménico entre católicos e protestantes na contemporaneidade. Desta forma, o objetivo passa por tornar percetível a mudança na relação entre os dois principais ramos do Cristianismo Ocidental, sem esquecer o que levou à formação das diversas Igrejas abordadas, os elementos que as unem, mas também os que as particularizam. No último capítulo, este relatório irá abordar o uso de diversos tipos de documentação em sala de aula, o modo com pode ser adaptado didaticamente, a apresentação da estratégia flipped classroom e a respetiva aplicação em sala de aula do tema previamente abordado. Para tal, estão preparadas duas aulas. O principal material produzido por nós pretende que os alunos obtenham conhecimento em casa de forma a permitir a sua exposição e avaliação oral em sala de aula. Pretendemos e acreditamos que é possível estimular a autonomia e melhorar a aprendizagem, tendo em conta que os conteúdos teóricos são trabalhados pelos próprios alunos em casa.
