Pultr and S. Rodabaugh in [Lattice-valued frames, functor categories, and classes of sober spaces, Chapter 6 of Topological and Algebraic Structures in Fuzzy Sets: A Handbook of Recent Developments in the Mathematics of Fuzzy Sets, Kluwer, 2003].
