RELATÓRIO DE ESTÁGIO PEDAGÓGICO DESENVOLVIDO NO AGRUPAMENTO DE ESCOLAS DE MUNDÃO – VISEU JUNTO DA TURMA DO 9º ANO DE ESCOLARIDADE NO ANO LETIVO DE 2021/2022 ANÁLISE DAS NECESSIDADES PSICOLÓGICAS BÁSICAS EM EDUCAÇÃO FÍSICA

Abstract

O Relatório Final de Estágio surge no âmbito do Mestrado em Ensino de Educação Física nos Ensinos Básico e Secundário da Faculdade de Ciências do Desporto e Educação Física da Universidade de Coimbra. O Estágio Pedagógico foi realizado no Agrupamento de Escolas de Mundão – Escola Básica 2.3 de Mundão – Viseu, junto das turmas do 9ºA, 9ºB e 9ºC, no presente ano letivo de 2021/2022.Este relatório é o culminar de um ciclo de estudos em que, todos os momentos de aprendizagem foram postos em prática em situações reais. Esta realidade permitiu-nos aplicar os nossos conhecimentos nas diversas matérias e optar pela estratégia mais adequada para o contexto de ensino aprendizagem. Desta forma, o relatório de estágio assenta em cinco pontos fundamentais que irão mostrar todo o trabalho desenvolvido ao longo deste processo. Desta forma, numa fase inicial existe um enquadramento biográfico que diz respeito ao plano individual de formação onde constarão as expectativas iniciais com o início do estágio pedagógico, uma autoanálise acerca das dificuldades e fragilidades iniciais e quais as possíveis estratégias para colmatar essas dificuldades melhorando a prática pedagógica.Numa segunda parte, iremos contextualizar a prática pedagógica no sentido de caracterizar a escola e as turmas nela envolvidas. Posteriormente, passamos para uma análise reflexiva da prática pedagógica onde estarão descritos todo o planeamento deste processo, decisões de ajustamento adotadas, procedimentos de avaliação diagnóstica, formativa, sumativa e autoavaliação e estratégias e métodos de abordagem ao ensino. Também, constará uma parte dedicada à organização e gestão escolar que, neste caso, será qual o papel do Diretor de Turma no contexto escolar e quais os projetos e parcerias que foram desenvolvidos durante todo o ano letivo.Ao longo deste ano letivo pudemos experienciar diferentes turmas com realidades totalmente diferentes em que, a caracterização da própria turma tinha diferenças que influenciavam todo o planeamento do processo de ensino aprendizagem e, consequentemente, a prática pedagógica. Sem dúvida que foi algo bastante desafiante, mas, ao mesmo tempo enriquecedor.

The Final Internship Report comes within the scope of the Master in Physical Education Teaching in Basic and Secondary Education at the Faculty of Sport Sciences and Physical Education at the University of Coimbra. The Pedagogical Internship was carried out at the Mundão Schools Group – Mundão Basic School 2.3 – Viseu, with the 9th A, 9th and 9th classes, in the current academic year of 2021/2022.This report is the culmination of a cycle of studies in which all the moments of learning were put into practice in real situations. This reality allowed us to apply our knowledge in different subjects and choose the most appropriate strategy for the teaching-learning context.In this way, the internship report is based on five fundamental points that will show all the work developed throughout this process. In this way, in an initial phase, there is a biographical framework that concerns the individual training plan, which will include the initial expectations with the beginning of the pedagogical internship, a self-analysis about the initial difficulties and weaknesses and what are the possible strategies to overcome these difficulties by improving practice pedagogical.In a second part, we will contextualize the pedagogical practice in order to characterize the school and the classes involved in it. Subsequently, we move on to a reflective analysis of the pedagogical practice where all the planning of this process, the adopted adjustment decisions, diagnostic, formative, summative and self-assessment procedures and strategies and methods of approach to teaching will be described. There will also be a section dedicated to school organization and management which, in this case, will be the role of the Class Director in the school context and which projects and partnerships were developed throughout the school year.Throughout this school year we were able to experience different classes with totally different realities in which the characterization of the class itself had differences that influenced the entire planning of the teaching-learning process and, consequently, the pedagogical practice. Undoubtedly it was something quite challenging, but at the same time enriching.
