Uma abordagem historiográfica e de didática da História numa época de crise | Other Titles: | The teaching of history and education for democratic citizenship. Using a didactic‐based approach to history and to the theory of histo‐ riography, this study aims at analy‐ sing the correlation between histo‐ riography, the teaching of history and education for democratic citi‐ zenship in Portugal, since 1991, which promotes an integrated/ /sustainable development. The study characterises the way in which the political system, the State appa‐ ratus and social society individua‐ lities/ organisations in Portugal have sought to shape the aforementioned correlation. An alternative (partial) way of structuring the involvement of non‐higher education in history in education for a democratic citi‐ zenship and promoter of integrated/ /sustainable development is also explained and justified. |
