A linha entre o Tráfico de Seres Humanos, a Prostituição e a Exploração subjacente

Abstract

Na presente tese de mestrado pretende-se absorver várias temáticas interligadas entre: a prostituição, a exploração sexual e o tráfico de seres humanos para fins de exploração sexual.Inicialmente, teremos um enquadramento de cada assunto e correspondente contextualização na história, incluindo o seu desenrolar até aos dias de hoje. Iremos discutir problemas que, infelizmente, prosseguem atuais e de extrema preocupação na convivência em sociedade.No trabalho, exponho igualmente a discussão sobre uma possível regulamentação ou abolição da prostituição no nosso país, visto que, Portugal se abstém. Isto é, veremos qual dos modelos de prostituição melhor se identifica com Portugal. Importa realçar quais as vantagens, desvantagens e resultados práticos nos restantes países.A dissertação terá um maior foco na parte internacional, principalmente, o contributo europeu para a legislação, combate e estatísticas. In this Master’s thesis, the aim is to absorb several interconnected themes, prostitution, sexual exploitation and trafficking in human beings for the purpose of sexual exploitation.Initially, we will have a framework of each subject and corresponding contextualisation in history, including its development until the present day.We will discuss problems that, unfortunately, remain current and of extreme concern in living together in society.In this work, I also expose the discussion about a possible regulation or abolition of prostitution in our country, since Portugal abstains. In other words, we will see which of the prostitution models best identifies with Portugal. It is important to highlight the advantages, disadvantages and practical results in other countries.
