Abstract

O maior motivo que nos levou a efetuar a investigação a este tema sobre violência doméstica, é verificar que na presente lei, existem algumas incongruências, que se fossem dissipadas poderiam dar um contributo mais eficaz para inverter o crescimento do número de casos.
