RELATÓRIO DE ESTÁGIO PEDAGÓGICO DESENVOLVIDO NO AGRUPAMENTO DE ESCOLAS DE MUNDÃO, ACOMPANHANDO AS TURMAS DO 9º ANO, ANO LETIVO 2021/2022 PERCEÇÃO DE ESTAGIÁRIOS E RESPETIVOS ALUNOS E ORIENTADORES, SOBRE A INTERVENÇÃO PEDAGÓGICA NO CONTEXTO DA AULA DE EDUCAÇÃO FÍSICA

Abstract

O estágio pedagógico constituiu-se como o culminar de um percurso que qualifica profissionalmente para o desempenho de todas as atividades relacionadas como a função de um professor de Educação Física, nos Ensinos Básico e Secundário, levado a cabo em regime de supervisão pedagógica. Neste sentido, o presente documento tem como finalidade a análise reflexiva sobre a Prática Pedagógica Supervisionada em Educação Física, realizada na EB 2,3 de Mundão, do Agrupamento de Escolas de Mundão, em três turmas do 3º ciclo (9º ano), no ano letivo 2021/2022, inserido no Mestrado em Ensino de Educação Física dos Ensinos Básico e Secundário, da Faculdade de Ciências do Desporto e Educação Física – Universidade de Coimbra.Neste relatório constam um conjunto de vivências que decorreram durante o ano letivo, enquanto professor estagiário. Através de uma análise crítica são apresentadas as dificuldades, receios, dúvidas, assim como estão presentes todas as estratégias, recursos e soluções que caraterizaram a intervenção do professor estagiário. De um modo geral, em três capítulos, pretende-se dar a conhecer todo o percurso realizado ao longo deste estágio, onde podemos encontrar as expetativas iniciais e toda a caraterização do contexto, uma análise reflexiva da prática pedagógica, nomeadamente no que diz respeito às atividades de ensino-aprendizagem, a organização escolar, os projetos desenvolvidos, parcerias educativas e a atitude ético-profissional. demonstrando o trabalho efetuado, as experiências vividas e as estratégias de planeamento e gestão adotadas. Consta ainda neste documento um capítulo destinado ao Tema-Problema, intitulado “Avaliação da prestação do professor estagiário, perceção dos alunos e seu professor orientador”, com o objetivo de analisar e refletir, sobre a perceção dos alunos e do professor orientador, quanto à prática pedagógica do professor estagiário, compreender se existe, ou não, concordância entre perceções.

The pedagogical internship was the culmination of a journey that professionally qualifies for the performance of all activities related to the role of a Physical Education teacher, in Basic and Secondary Education, carried out under pedagogical supervision. In this sense, the present document aims at a reflective analysis of the Supervised Pedagogical Practice in Physical Education, carried out at the EB 2.3 of Mundão, of the Mundão School Group, in three classes of the 3rd cycle (9th year), in the academic year 2021/2022, as part of the master’s in physical education teaching for Basic and Secondary Education, Faculty of Sport Sciences and Physical Education – University of Coimbra.This report contains a set of experiences that took place during the school year, as a trainee teacher. Through a critical analysis, difficulties, fears, doubts are presented, as well as all the strategies, resources and solutions that characterized the intervention of the trainee teacher. In general, in three chapters, it is intended to present the entire journey carried out during this internship, where we can find the initial expectations and all the characterization of the context, a reflective analysis of the pedagogical practice, namely with regard to the teaching-learning activities, school organization, projects developed, educational partnerships and ethical-professional attitude. demonstrating the work carried out, the experiences and the planning and management strategies adopted. This document also contains a chapter dedicated to the Problem Theme, entitled "Evaluation of the performance of the trainee teacher, perception of students and their supervisor", with the aim of analyzing and reflecting on the perception of students and the supervisor teacher, regarding the pedagogical practice of the trainee teacher, to understand whether or not there is agreement between perceptions.
