Abstract

Com este estágio curricular a que me propus, desempenhei funções de Fiscalização e Gestão de Projeto de obra. A referida obra fica situada em Melides, no concelho de Grândola e consiste num empreendimento turístico, pelo que representa diversas áreas do plano de estudos de Engenharia Civil: infraestruturas exteriores, estrutura em betão armado, estrutura em madeira, alvenarias, acabamento, muitos de elevada complexidade de execução, incluindo ainda vários tipos de instalações técnicas no interior dos edifícios. Além do acompanhamento e fiscalização de trabalhos desenvolvi competências na gestão / compatibilização dos projetos das diversas especialidades (gestão de dependências) que representa uma das maiores causas de atrasos de uma empreitada. No caso particular da referida construção destaco a forte componente na medição de toda a obra para fazer frente ao Plano de Trabalhos e Cronograma Financeiro associado, algo que considero um importante pilar de aprendizagem e crescimento na área de Engenharia Civil. É também da responsabilidade da empresa de fiscalização a elaboração de diversas revisões de projeto (pré execução) e cadernos de encargos, onde tenho dado forte apoio no decorrer deste Estágio Curricular. Aproveito ainda para referir a importância do domínio de ferramentas digitais (por exemplo, AutoCAD) que é trabalhada ao longo do plano de estudos, e que se revelou essencial para o bom desempenho das minhas funções, tendo as minhas competências saído bastante reforçadas.

With this curricular internship that I proposed, I performed functions of Supervision and Project Management of the work. This work is located in Melides, in the municipality of Grândola and consists of a tourist development, so it represents several areas of the Civil Engineering study plan: exterior infrastructures, reinforced concrete structure, wooden structure, masonry, finishing, many of high complexity. execution, including various types of technical installations inside the buildings. In addition to monitoring and supervising work, I developed skills in the management / compatibility of projects of the various specialties (management of dependencies) which represents one of the biggest causes of delays in a contract. In the particular case of the aforementioned construction, I highlight the strong component in the measurement of the entire work to face the Work Plan and associated Financial Schedule, something that I consider an important pillar of learning and growth in the area of ​​Civil Engineering. It is also the responsibility of the inspection company to prepare several project reviews (pre-execution) and specifications, to which I have given strong support during this Curricular Internship. I would also like to take this opportunity to mention the importance of mastering digital tools (for exmaple, AutoCAD) that is worked on throughout the study plan, and which proved to be essential for the good performance of my duties, with my skills being greatly reinforced.
