The report entitled Trends on social innovation: perspectives from four domains was developed from the experiences of the ASL project pilot actions and work groups and it centres on the identification of trends in the project thematic areas. This document presents the experience of the implementation of the pilot actions in the ASL as a demonstration of the use of social innovation in the context of public, private and third sector organisations to deal with emerging social problems and stimulate the improvement of the standards of living. This document has been elaborated by the Centre for Social Studies of the University of Coimbra in the framework of ASL project.pt
