Visitas virtuais no Museu de Ciência da Universidade de Coimbra

Abstract

Resumo O presente relatório de estágio, apresentado à Faculdade de Letras da Universidade de Coimbra, reflete o resultado de seis meses de prática numa entidade museológica, nomeadamente o Museu da Ciência da Universidade de Coimbra (MCUC), realizado no âmbito do Mestrado em Património Cultural e Museologia, na vertente de Gestão e Programação.Este estágio curricular foi realizado devido à motivação de conhecer melhor a realidade das práticas museológicas, colocando em prática os conteúdos teóricos adquiridos no primeiro ano do curso, desenvolvidas em um dos museus mais conceituados a nível científico, tecnológico e de História Natural. A escolha da instituição foi bastante ponderada, entre os diversos museus na cidade de eleição, o Museu de Ciência da Universidade de Coimbra é o museu com características mais interessantes a nível das diversas áreas de estudo da UC.Neste estágio, o principal objetivo foi, no âmbito da gestão e programação museológica realizar uma análise de experiências práticas relacionadas com a comunicação com o público universitário no MCUC, em conjunto com uma proposta de novos ciclos de visitas virtuais.Neste âmbito, descreve-se no presente relatório, um percurso de trabalho prático e teórico de aprendizagem e aplicação das práticas dos conhecimentos adquiridos no primeiro ano do curso em conjunto com as aprendizagens adquiridas com a orientadora do estágio dentro do MCUC e com os orientadores na realização do relatório.Palavras-chave: Museu da Ciência da Universidade de Coimbra, Experiência Prática, Estágio, Relatório, Ciclo de Visitas Virtuais, Gestão e Programação.

AbstractThis internship report, presented to the Faculty of Letters of the University of Coimbra, reflects the result of six months of practices in a museological entity, namely the Science Museum of the University of Coimbra, held in the framework of the Master's degree in Cultural Heritage and Museology in the path of Management and Programming.This curricular internship was carried out due to the motivation to know better the reality of museological practices, putting into practice the theoretical contents acquired in the first year of the course, developed in one of the most respected naticional museums in the scientific, technological and Natural History levels. The choice of the institution was quite throughtful, among the several museums in the city of choice, the Science Museum of the University of Coimbra is the museum with the most interesting characteristics in terms of the different study areas in the UC.At this stage, the main objective was, in the scope of management and museological programming to carry out an analysis of practical experiences in the field of communication with the university public in the MCUC, together with a proposal for new cycles of virtual visits.In this context, this report describes a practical and theoretical work path of learning and application of the practices of knowledge acquired in the first year of the course together with the learning achieved with the traineeship advisor within the MCUC and with the supervisors in the realization of the report.Keywords: Museum of Science of the University of Coimbra, Internship, Report, Virtual Visits Cycle, Pratical Experience, Management and Programming.
