Ambientes educativos inovadores e perspetivas de aprendizagem para o futuro no desenvolvimento de competências para o século xxi: Intervenção na Câmara Municipal de Penacova

Abstract

A implementação de Ambientes Educativos Inovadores apresenta-se como fundamental para responder aos desafios de uma educação do futuro baseada no desenvolvimento de competências essenciais para o exercício de uma cidadania plena. Os desafios com que as escolas se confrontam, acentuados pelo contexto de pandemia da COVID-19, salientam a necessidade de introdução de mudanças nos espaços de aprendizagem. Par tal é imprescindível que todos os meios se mobilizem, assumindo o poder local extrema relevância dada a proximidade e conhecimento da sua população.O presente relatório enquadra o trabalho desenvolvido no decorrer do estágio curricular na Câmara Municipal de Penacova, com a finalidade de obtenção do grau de Mestre em Ciências da Educação. Este relatório divide-se em duas partes. A primeira parte apresenta uma breve contextualização teórica das atividades realizados ao longo do estágio curricular. A segunda parte carateriza a instituição de acolhimento, a Câmara Municipal de Penacova, e descreve as atividades e projetos desenvolvidos no decorrer do estágio curricular. Centra-se essencialmente, em dois projetos educativos interligados ao Projeto Realiza.te da Comunidade Intermunicipal da Região de Coimbra, com a meta de Promoção do Sucesso Escolar e Redução do Insucesso e Abandono Escolar: o Programa de Implementação de Ambientes Educativos Inovadores – Projeto ‘’Aprender para o Futuro’’ e o Programa de Promoção de Consciência Fonológica. Salienta-se, ainda, e decorrente das alterações decorrentes da crise pandémica, a participação como membro da equipa de monitorização e de regulação do Plano para o Ensino à Distância (E@D) implementado no concelho.

The implementation of Innovative Educational Environments is fundamental to respond to the challenges of a future education based on the development of competencies essential for the exercise of full citizenship. The challenges faced by schools, accentuated by the COVID-19 pandemic context, highlight the need to introduce changes in learning spaces. For this it is essential that all means mobilize, assuming the extreme local power relevance given the proximity and knowledge of its population.This report frames the work developed during the curricular internship at penacova city hall, with the purpose of obtaining the master's degree in educational sciences. This report is divided into two parts. The first part presents a brief theoretical contextualization of the activities carried out throughout the curricular stage. The second part characterizes the host institution, the Municipality of Penacova, and describes the activities and projects developed during the curricular internship. It focuses essentially on two educational projects linked to the Project Realiza.te of the Intermunicipal Community of the Region of Coimbra, with the goal of Promoting School Success and Reducing Failure and School Abandonment: the Program for the Implementation of Innovative Educational Environments - Project ''Learning for the Future'' and the Program for the Promotion of Phonological Awareness. It is also note, and due to the changes resulting from the crisis, participation as a member of the monitoring and regulation team of the Plan for Distance Learning (E@D) implemented in the municipality.
