Abstract

Este trabalho versa sobre a problemática do fim de vida e pretende analisar a extrema importância que a morte tem a nível jurídico, médico e da bioética. Nele, será dada especial ênfase à temática da eutanásia, porque esta encontra-se em constante debate e há uma diversidade de respostas que cada país lhe dá, incluindo Portugal.
