Reestruturação do Documento de Visão de Processos: o caso do VALUEKEEP

Abstract

Atualmente, nos projetos de implementação VALUEKEEP, sistema CMMS comercializado pela PRIMAVERA BSS, o Documento de Visão de processos é tido como crucial. É utilizado e construído de forma representar uma ferramenta informativa para a empresa cliente e para a PRIMAVERA, pois permite a síntese de toda a informação necessária no decorrer das implementações nas diferentes organizações clientes. Neste momento, o Documento de Visão de Processos utilizado gera muitas ambiguidades e disparidades, quer pela sua estrutura como pela informação que contêm. Nesse sentido, o objetivo deste relatório passa pela reestruturação do Documento de Visão de Processos, que está associado ao VALUEKEEP, software de gestão da manutenção. Essa reestruturação incide na análise, representação e inclusão das boas práticas associadas à gestão da manutenção, com base no desenho dos fluxos dos processos envolvidos, referindo todos os intervenientes do mesmo: Inputs, Outputs, Fornecedores de informação e materiais, clientes de informação e materiais e sistemas. Adicionalmente, após o mapeamento de processos e a criação de um guia de boas práticas na área da gestão da manutenção, foram reformuladas e acrescentadas informações imprescindíveis para a implementação de projetos nesta área, quer por parte do cliente como da PRIMAVERA. Com isto, os resultados esperados são um documento mais coeso, mais completo, menos ambíguo e mais padronizado, assim como a redução da carga de trabalho dos trabalhadores na realização do mesmo.

Currently, in the VALUEKEEP implementation projects (CMMS system marketed by PRIMAVERA BSS), the Process Vision Document is considered crucial. It is used and constructed in such a way as to represent an informative tool for the client company and for PRIMAVERA, since it allows the synthesis of all the necessary information in the course of the implementations in the different client organizations. At the moment, the Process Vision Document used generates many ambiguities and disparities, both by its structure and by the information they contain. In this sense, the objective of this report is to restructure the Process Vision Document, which is associated with VALUEKEEP, maintenance management software. This restructuring focuses on the analysis, representation and inclusion of good practices associated with maintenance management, based on the design of process flow involved, referring all the actors involved: Inputs, Outputs, Suppliers of information and materials, information clients and materials and systems. In addition, after mapping processes and creating a guide to best practices in the area of maintenance management, essential information was reformulated and added to the implementation of projects in this area, both by the client and PRIMAVERA. With this, the expected results are a more cohesive, more complete, less ambiguous and more standardized document, as well as the reduction of the workload of the workers. .
