“Um olhar crítico às alterações legislativas ao crime continuado”

Abstract

A presente dissertação visa apreciar as alterações legislativas ao Código Penal português, que alteraram, em grande medida, o crime continuado. O crime continuado encontra-se regulado no art. 30.º nºs 2 e 3 do Código Penal. Trataremos de questões como os pressupostos de que depende a aplicação da figura, as alterações legislativas a que foi sujeita e por fim, analisaremos alguma jurisprudência com o objectivo de perceber que mudanças trouxeram essas alterações.A presente dissertação visa apreciar as alterações legislativas ao Código Penal português, que alteraram, em grande medida, o crime continuado. The present dissertation aims to appreciate the legislative changes of the portuguese Penal Code, which have changed, in a great extent, the continued crime.
