Morfologia em quadros de alterações patológicas - Avaliação histológica da língua.

Abstract

O objectivo deste trabalho é avaliar a influência do 7,12-dimetilbenzantraceno (DMBA) nas alterações histológicas da língua.Neste estudo foram utilizados 20 ratos, fêmeas, da estirpe Spaque-Dawley com 48 dias no início do estudo. Os ratos foram divididos por dois grupos, com 10 animais cada um. O grupo I constitui o grupo controlo, mantido durante 6 meses sem qualquer manipulação indutora de alterações. O grupo II, grupo teste, foi submetido à administração de 7,12-dimetilbenzantraceno (DMBA), aos 55 dias de idade, em dose única de 65mg/Kg, por gavagem. Ao final de período de 6 meses todos os animais foram sacrificados, fazendo-se seguidamente a respectiva necropsia e analisadas as línguas ao microscópio.O DMBA nas condições estudadas não interfere significativamente com a língua em termos histo-morfológicos.
