Jornalismo desportivo online: Estágio no zerozero.pt

Abstract

“Jornalismo Desportivo Online: Estágio no zerozero.pt”No âmbito do Mestrado em Jornalismo e Comunicação, da Faculdade de Letras da Universidade de Coimbra, efetuei um estágio curricular na plataforma digital zerozero.pt, com a duração de três meses, na área do jornalismo desportivo online.Neste relatório, de forma global, descrevo o estágio, os objetivos pretendidos com o mesmo, o perfil da entidade de acolhimento e o Playmaker Stats, que é uma plataforma estatística criada na ferramenta de trabalho do zerozero.pt.De seguida, apresento os processos teóricos que me auxiliaram durante o período de estágio assim como a descrição detalhada dos vários procedimentos técnicos utilizados, tendo como base o livro de estilo e os critérios editoriais do zerozero.pt. Nestes processos, reforço o aparecimento da Internet no mundo do jornalismo, as diferenças entre jornalismo digital e webjornalismo, a evolução verificada no jornalismo desportivo até ao surgimento da vertente online e o papel do jornalista neste âmbito.Por fim, explico o funcionamento do portal em termos de horários, o papel das redes sociais e termino com uma conclusão sobre os desafios durante todo o processo de aprendizagem e elaboração de artigos.As variadas atividades desenvolvidas levaram-me a experimentar uma agilidade na mudança de géneros jornalísticos. Entenda-se por géneros jornalísticos todas as variantes de artigos que foram elaborados durante o período de estágio (notícias, crónicas, artigos de opinião, antevisões e entrevistas).

“Online Sports Journalism: Curricular training at zerozero.pt”As a student in the final year of the Master’s Degree in Journalism and Communication, from the Faculty of Arts and Humanities from the University of Coimbra, I made a curricular trainee program in digital online website zerozero.pt, for three months, in the field of online sports journalism.On this report, I start by presenting this trainee program and what motivated me to choose it, as well as an introduction of the entity which hosted my program, as well as the Playmaker Stats that is a statistical platform created through zerozero.pt's backoffice.After this, I explain all the theoretical procedures that helped me throughout this working period, and the technical knowledge acquired while using an online platform, based on the editorial criteria of zerozero.pt.I also mention the Internet appearance in the world of journalism, the differences between digital journalism and web journalism, the development in sports journalism until the emergence of the online aspect and the role of the journalist in this context.Finally, I explain how the portal works in terms of team organization and schedules, and I also describe the role of social media.On the report’s final summary I talk about the challenges that emerged during the learning period and the writing of the articles created.The different activities performed during the curricular trainee program allowed me to try different journalistic genres. By journalistic genres I mean all types of articles written during the trainee program (news, match reports, opinion articles, previews and interviews).
