A propriedade horizontal em perspectiva de direito comparado : Portugal e Brasil

Abstract

O presente trabalho é o resultado de pesquisa sobre o regime jurídico da propriedade horizontal. O objetivo central do estudo foi analisar a propriedade horizontal como direito real autónomo e o instituto jurídico da incorporação imobiliária, a fim de identificar como os sistemas legais, português e brasileiro, podem mutuamente contribuir para o aprimoramento do regime jurídico da propriedade horizontal de cada país. ABSTRACT The present study is the resultof a research on the legal institute of the building condominium. The main point of the paperwas to analyze the institute of the building condominium as autonomous right and the legal institute of real estate in order to identify how the Portuguese and Brazilian systems can mutually contribute to the improvement of the legal institute of building condominium of each country
