| pt |
dc.description.abstract | This work aims to design different configurations of domestic solar thermal systems to promote seasonal heat accumulation, which can contribute in some way, in the help of building a sustainable technics for energy use optimization, cleanly and inexhaustible. It’s idealized three solar systems for a family residence of for: solar thermal system charging only the “solar storage”, solar thermal system loading storages in series and solar thermal system loading storages in parallel. The configuration settings will be implemented in TRNSYS simulation program for testing and post-processing of results, in order to identify the solution that achieves, in annual terms, the largest solar fraction and thus reduce non-renewable energy consumption by support system. Throughout simulations will be varied collectors areas from 4 m2 up to 10 m2 and the accumulation volume capacity from 600 to 1900 liters It was concluded that the solar thermal system better able to meet the annual consumption using the smaller amount of auxiliary energy and, therefore, the system with the highest percentage of solar fraction was the solar thermal system charging only the “solar storage” with 10 m2 of collector area and a total volume capacity of 1900 liters of accumulation. It is also concluded that for smaller volumes of accumulation, the model witch power the most solar fraction it’s the solar thermal system loading storages in parallel. | pt |
