A reformulação da regulamentação sobre redes prediais de água e as normas europeias no domínio

Abstract

O tema desta dissertação prende-se com a necessidade de atualizar a regulamentação portuguesa relativa às redes prediais de distribuição de água e de drenagem de águas. Na verdade, a regulamentação portuguesa em vigor data de 1995, verificando-se que atualmente existem requisitos relativos a estas redes que a regulamentação não atende. Por outro lado, a partir do ano 2000 publicam-se as normas europeias EN 806 e EN 12056 que poderão ser adotadas na reformulação da regulamentação. Nesta dissertação analisam-se as metodologias estabelecidas nas normas EN 806 e EN 12506, bem como o contexto da sua eventual aplicação em Portugal e o enquadramento da reformulação da regulamentação vigente.

The theme of this dissertation is the need to actualize the Portuguese regulation concerning the installations inside buildings conveying water for human consumption, and the gravity drainage systems inside buildings. The actual Portuguese regulation was published in 1995 and, at the moment, there are other requirements regarding this matter. Furthermore, since the year 2000, the European Union has published more recent standards to be adopted and applied by the countries: EN 806 and EN 12056. Therefore, the methodologies established on the EN 806 and EN 12056 are reported in this dissertation, as is analysed the context of application of these standards in Portugal.
