Além disso, o médico deve aproveitar a oportunidade para educar a família sobre a HTA e incentivar a adoção de estilos de vida salubres. Acima de tudo, deve prezar a relação médico-doente-família, uma vez que esta é essencial à manutenção da adesão ao tratamento.
