Title: | Um olhar sobre os direitos das mulheres | Authors: | Pereira, Ângela Maria Ramos de Santos | Orientador: | Valentim, Joaquim Pires | Keywords: | Teorias Feministas; Representação Social | Issue Date: | 2009 | Serial title, monograph or event: | Um olhar sobre os direitos das mulheres | Place of publication or event: | Coimbra | Abstract: | O objectivo desta tese reporta-se ao estudo de temáticas
social.
as exigências do dia-a-dia do trabalhador.
The aim of this thesis refers to the study of issues related to gender discrimination in the workplace and in doing so, met a significant bibliography. Through this system, if you want to characterize the changes in recent decades, the labor market and family as well as the profound consequences arising for the future viability of the economic and social cohesion. After a brief reference to some concepts relevant to better understanding, we tried to summarize the course of "conquest" of women, through the words of feminist theories and thus understand the mentality of the past and also on the day. Other important issues to which you want to answer are: why seek understanding of the difficulty of access of women to positions of leadership, understand the difference between male managers and female managers as well as understand the difficulty of men engage in life family, sharing the care of children and enjoy their rights as parents, especially the use of parental leave permitted by law. However, to strike a balance and stability at all levels (emotional, financial, etc.). The reconciliation of work and family life, so that none of these areas are damaged, it will be necessary that employers are line with the requirements of day-to-day of the worker. So some of the solutions is made possible to establish that balance. But to make this possible we must in return these companies are to benefit from subsidies that have no damage. |
