Manifestação do risco de incêndio florestal. Causas e investigação criminal

Abstract

Quando se analisa o número de arguidos e condenados por crime de incêndio e se cruza com os registos desse crime feitos pelas autoridades, mesmo tendo em conta a falta de informação e a sua reduzida qualidade, verifica-se a existência de alguns problemas no respeitante à investigação das causas e à investigação criminal conducente à constituição dos referidos arguidos

Analysing the number of accused and condemned by forest fire crime and crossing it with the registers of the same crime made by authorities, evenhaving in account the information lack and it reduced quality, we verify the existence of some problems concerning the research of the causes or the criminal investigation
