RELATÓRIO DE ESTÁGIO PEDAGÓGICO DESENVOLVIDO NO AGRUPAMENTO DE ESCOLAS DE MUNDÃO, ACOMPANHANDO 3 TURMAS DO 3º CICLO, ANO LETIVO 2022/2023 AUTOEFICÁCIA DOCENTE E COLABORAÇÃO ENTRE PROFESSORES NUM ESTUDO COMPARATIVO ENTRE ESCOLAS TEIP E ESCOLAS NÃO TEIP DO DISTRITO DE VISEU

Abstract

O presente Relatório de Estágio está inserido na unidade curricular do Relatório de Estágio, referente ao segundo ano do Mestrado em Ensino de Educação Física nos Ensinos Básico e Secundário (MEEFEBS), na Faculdade de Ciências do Desporto e Educação Física da Universidade de Coimbra (FCDEF-UC), no ano letivo de 2022-2023, que tem como objetivo a reflexão sobre as atividades desenvolvidas no âmbito do Estágio Pedagógico.O Estágio Pedagógico foi efetuado na Escola EB 2,3 de Mundão, em que foram acompanhadas 3 turmas do 3º ciclo de escolaridade. O documento encontra-se organizado em três grandes capítulos. O primeiro capítulo é referente à contextualização da prática desenvolvida, onde são elencadas as expectativas iniciais e a caracterização do contexto de estágio, desde a escola, os recursos materiais e espaciais, o grupo disciplinar, o núcleo de estágio, as turmas e a semana intensiva de lecionação de aulas a todas as turmas. No segundo capítulo, apresentamos a análise reflexiva sobre a prática pedagógica, subdividindo-a três áreas, nomeadamente, as Atividades de Ensino-Aprendizagem, as Atividades de Organização e Gestão Escolar, os Projetos e Parcerias Educativas, e a nossa Atitude Ético-Profissional. No terceiro, e último, capítulo, apresentamos o Tema-Problema levado a cabo no decorrer do ano letivo, intitulado a Autoeficácia Docente e Colaboração entre Professores: Estudo comparativo entre Escolas TEIP e Escolas não TEIP pertencentes ao distrito de Viseu, e que teve como principal resultado a existência de diferenças significativas entre as escolas TEIP e não TEIP no envolvimento em práticas de colaboração.

This Internship Report is part of the curricular unit of the Internship Report, referring to the second year of the Master's Degree in Physical Education Teaching in Basic and Secondary Education (MEEFEBS), at the Faculty of Sports Sciences and Physical Education of the University of Coimbra (FCDEF-UC), in the academic year 2022-2023, which aims to reflect on the activities developed within the scope of the Pedagogical Internship.The Pedagogical Internship was carried out at Escola EB 2,3 de Mundão, in which 3 classes of the 3rd cycle of schooling were accompanied.The document is organised in three main chapters. The first chapter provides the contextualisation of the practice developed, where the initial expectations and the characterisation of the internship context are listed, from the school, the material and spatial resources, the disciplinary group, the internship centre, the classes and the intensive week of teaching classes to all classes. In the second chapter, we present the reflective analysis on pedagogical practice, subdividing it into three areas, namely, Teaching-Learning Activities, School Organisation and Management Activities, Educational Projects and Partnerships, and our Ethical-Professional Attitude. In the third and last chapter, we present the Theme-Problem carried out during the school year, entitled Teacher Self-Efficacy and Collaboration among Teachers: Comparative Study between TEIP Schools and Non-TEIP Schools belonging to the district of Viseu, and which had as main result the existence of significant differences between TEIP and non-TEIP schools in the involvement in collaborative practices.
