Ensino de Filosofia e a Crise das Humanidades.

Abstract

O presente relatório de estágio, com o título O Ensino da Filosofia e a Crise das Humanidades é um reflexo do trabalho realizado no Mestrado de Ensino de Filosofia no Ensino Secundário da Faculdade de Letras da Universidade de Coimbra. O estágio em análise teve lugar na escola secundária D. Duarte e o trabalho aqui desenvolvido é em grande parte um reflexo da aprendizagem nesse contexto, desde o contacto com a turma a todo o ambiente escolar em que se inseriu. Por outro lado, é também o concluir de um caminho que começa no início do mestrado com um percurso curricular preparatório deste momento.O relatório divide-se em três partes. Primeiro a descrição da prática pedagógica supervisionada. Num segundo momento podemos encontrar uma análise a documentos orientadores do ensino no secundário. Verificamos que esses documentos, por vezes, nos levam a traçar um percurso na disciplina de Filosofia que nos parece ser contraproducente. Embora que na sua globalidade permitam ao professor fazer uma gestão positiva da aula, pelo facto de serem abrangentes e permitirem o recurso a vários tipos de metodologias.O último momento do relatório procura fazer uma reflexão sobre a posição que as Humanidades ocupam na sociedade contemporânea. Verificando as consequências da limitação desse espaço, bem como as consequências da afirmação das Humanidades como alicerces civilizacionais. Ao reconhecermos que as Humanidades estão em crise a análise parte para as várias ramificações que surgem desse reconhecimento.

The present internship report, titled "Teaching Philosophy and the Crisis of the Humanities," reflects the work carried out in the Master's program in Philosophy Teaching in Secondary Education at the Faculty of Arts of the University of Coimbra. The internship took place at D. Duarte Secondary School, and the work developed here is largely a reflection of the learning in that context, encompassing both the interaction with the class and the overall school environment On the other hand, it is also the culmination of a journey that begins at the beginning of the master's program with a preparatory curriculum leading up to this moment.The report is divided into three parts. Firstly, it describes the supervised pedagogical practice. In the second part, we find an analysis of guiding documents for secondary education. It becomes apparent that these documents sometimes lead us to trace a path in the discipline of philosophy that seems counterproductive. Although they generally enable teachers to manage the class positively due to their comprehensiveness and allowance for various methodologies.The final section of the report seeks to reflect on the position occupied by the humanities in contemporary society. By examining the consequences of the limitation of the space given to the humanities, and the affirmation of the humanities as foundational to civilization, the analysis acknowledges the crisis faced by the humanities and delves into various ramifications stemming from this recognition.
