Aprendizagem ao Longo da Vida: Organização e Gestão Pedagógica de Projetos na Formação Modular Certificada no contexto da CH Academy

Abstract

The following report was prepared following the curricular internship of the study cycle leading to a master's degree in Educational Sciences at the Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences of the University of Coimbra, having chosen the CH Group as the entity. The curricular internship took place within the scope of the Formar Mais Project, carrying out multiple tasks within the scope of the organization and pedagogical management of two projects specialized in Certified Modular Training (FMC), both financed by Portugal 2020, more specifically, integrated into the Operational Program for Social Inclusion and Employment (POISE). Throughout the curricular internship, carried out at CH Academy, over the course of nine months, I worked with this company's team, having performed tasks within the scope of managing the coordination of Certified Modular Trainings belonging to the Formar Mais Project, which essentially consisted of validating and registration of registrations, establishing contacts with trainers and trainees attending Short-Term Training Units (UFCD), managing the Formar Mais Project's social networks (Instagram, Facebook and Website), opening and closing training units, insertion of trainees and UFCD's into the SIGO platform and the HumanTrain (HT) program and in the construction and preparation of Technical-Pedagogical Dossiers. Regarding Lifelong Learning and Adult Education and Training, although Portugal has already evolved a lot, there are still major objectives to be achieved, such as the continuous mobilization of adults in terms of their training. The importance of the ADORA Model is also noted throughout the report. Currently, the appreciation and investment in Adult Education and Training, whether at a personal, family, or professional level, depends primarily on the purpose for which the subjects carry it out, the direct and/or indirect contributions it brings to those who carry it out, and as well as the personal, social, professional, and institutional recognition resulting from it.

O presente relatório foi elaborado na sequência do estágio curricular do ciclo de estudos conducentes ao grau de mestre em Ciências da Educação pela Faculdade de Psicologia e Ciências da Educação da Universidade de Coimbra, tendo escolhido como entidade o Grupo CH. O estágio curricular decorreu no âmbito do Projeto Formar Mais, realizando tarefas no âmbito da organização e gestão pedagógica de dois projetos especializados na Formação Modular Certificada (FMC), ambos financiados pelo Portugal 2020, mais especificamente, integrados no Programa Operacional de Inclusão Social e Emprego (POISE). Ao longo do estágio curricular, realizado na CH Academy, ao longo dos nove meses, trabalhei com a equipa desta empresa, tendo desempenhado as tarefas no âmbito da gestão de coordenação das Formações Modulares Certificadas pertencentes ao Projeto Formar Mais, que consistiram essencialmente na validação e registo de inscrições, no estabelecimento de contactos com os formadores e formandos a frequentar as Unidades de Formação de Curta Duração (UFCD), na gestão das redes sociais do Projeto Formar Mais (Instagram, Facebook e Site), abertura e encerramento de ações de formação, inserção de formandos e UFCD’s na plataforma SIGO e no programa Humantrain (HT) e na construção e elaboração de Dossiers Técnico-Pedagógicos. No que diz respeito à Aprendizagem ao Longo da Vida e À Educação e Formação de Adultos, embora Portugal já tenha evoluído bastante, há ainda grandes objetivos por alcançar, como a mobilização contínua dos adultos ao nível da sua formação. Constata-se também a importância do Modelo ADORA ao longo do relatório. Atualmente, a valorização e o investimento em Educação e Formação de Adultos, quer seja a nível pessoal, familiar ou profissional, depende primeiramente do propósito em que os sujeitos a realizam, dos contributos diretos e/ou indiretos que traz a quem a realiza, e ainda do reconhecimento pessoal, social, profissional e institucional resultantes da mesma.
