Abstract

Relatório de Estágio- As diferentes Etapas da Avaliação Pericial PsicológicaA Psicologia Forense enquadra-se na intersecção da Psicologia e do Direito, tendo por objetivo, com base científica e qualificada responder a questões que se colocam no sistema de justiça. A solicitação mais frequente aos peritos desta área é a avaliação pericial psicológica, a qual é constituída por diversas etapas. Através do estágio supervisionado no âmbito do Mestrado em Medicina Legal e Ciências Forenses, por um período aproximado de seis meses, na Direção do Norte do Instituto de Medicina Legal e Ciências Forenses, no departamento de Clínica Médico Legal, dentro do Serviço de Psicologia Forense, a mestranda teve a hipótese de experienciar e reconhecer como é realizada todo o processo de avaliação pericial, na área do Direito Penal e Civil. A partir do contacto direto com a perita que supervisionou o estágio e os examinandos, foi possível contactar com os diferentes métodos de avaliação pericial e como são abordados na esfera judicial. O estágio foi maioritariamente observacional, tendo, no entanto, tido a oportunidade de realizar diferentes tarefas autorizadas pela supervisora e coordenadora do departamento de Clínica Médico-Legal do Norte. O presente relatório reporta a caracterização do local de estágio, revisão de literatura, as atividades desenvolvidas, procedimentos utilizados em atividade pericial, a análise de estudos de caso, finalizando com as considerações finais sobre o período de estágio.

Internship Report - The Different Stages of Psychological Expert AssessmentThe Forensic Psychology fits in the intersection between the Psychology and Law, having the objective of answering, with a scientific and qualified basis, to the questions that arise in the justice system. The most frequent solicitation to the experts in this area is the psychological expert evaluation, which consists of several stages. Through a supervised internship within the master’s degree in Legal Medicine and Forensic Sciences, for an approximate period of six months, at the Northern Directorate from the Institute of Legal Medicine and Forensic Sciences, in the Forensic Medicine department, within the Forensic Psychology Service, the master's student had the chance to experience and recognize how the entire process of expert evaluation is carried out, in the area of Criminal and Civil Law. From the direct contact with the expert who supervised the internship and the examinees, it was possible to get in touch with the different methods of expert evaluation and how they are addressed in the judicial sphere. The internship was mostly observational, having however had the opportunity to perform different tasks authorized by the supervisor and coordinator of the Northern Medical-Legal Clinic department. This report describes the portrayal of the internship location, literature review, the developed activities, procedures used in expert activity, the analysis of case studies, finalizing with the final considerations about the internship period.
