Relatório de Estágio

Abstract

O presente relatório pretende refletir as atividades realizadas no estágio curricular em Psicologia Organizacional e as competências desenvolvidas. Para tal, encontra-se subdividido em sete etapas, pois é de etapas que se faz um Caminho. Na primeira etapa (A Realidade Local) é feita uma breve apresentação do Município de Pombal e da Câmara Municipal de Pombal, onde decorreu o estágio curricular. A segunda etapa (A Bagagem: Fundamentação Teórica) assenta na mobilização dos principais quadros teóricos que legitimam o trabalho desenvolvido e aqui apresentado, com enfoque na gestão estratégica de recursos humanos (pois as pessoas estão no centro da ação) e na avaliação de riscos psicossociais no local de trabalho. Na terceira etapa (Estudar o Mapa e Planear Etapas: Plano de Estágio) são apresentados os contornos do estágio curricular, bem como os principais objetivos (gerais e específicos) do mesmo. Segue-se, na quarta etapa (Fazer o Caminho: Atividades e Imprevistos), a descrição das atividades realizadas (e as que não), fundamentando-as com base em revisão de literatura, a qual lhes serve como ponto de ancoragem. Devido ao facto de a dupla função de Trabalhadora-Estudante não ter permitido cumprir presencialmente o tempo integral do estágio curricular, a estagiária participou num projeto de investigação, sendo essa experiência descrita na quinta etapa (Ajustar o Calçado: em Diálogo com a FPCEUC). Embora admitindo que o final deste percurso académico é mais um ponto de partida do que de chegada, na sexta etapa (A chegada: (Re)construção de Saberes e de Capacidades) far-se-á uma breve reflexão sobre os contributos do estágio curricular para a Organização e a superação de dificuldade. A última etapa (Credencial: Carimbos que Ficam) incidirá nas competências adquiridas e desenvolvidas durante o estágio curricular. Por fim, o epílogo retomará o preâmbulo, agora numa abordagem reflexiva final, seguindo-se-lhe as referências, que contêm os quadros teóricos e os referenciais mobilizados para construir o presente relatório, e os anexos e apêndices que lhe servem de suporte.

The present report intends to reflect the activities carried out in the curricular internship in Organizational Psychology and the skills developed. It is subdivided into seven stages, because a Path is made of stages. In the first stage (The Local Reality) there is a brief presentation of the Municipality of Pombal, where the curricular internship took place. The second stage (The Baggage: Theoretical Foundation) is based on the mobilization of the main theoretical frameworks that legitimize the work developed, with a focus on the strategic management of human resources (since people are at the center of the action) and on the assessment of psychosocial risks in the workplace.In the third stage (Studying the Map and Planning Stages: Internship Plan) the outlines of the curricular internship are presented, as well as its main objectives (general and specific). Then, in the fourth step (Far the Path: Activities and Unforeseen Events), the description of the activities carried out (and those that were not), based on a literature review. Due to the fact that the dual role of Worker-Student did not allow her to fulfill the full time of the curricular internship in person, the intern participated in a research project, this experience being described in the fifth stage (Adjusting the Shoes: in Dialogue with FPCEUC). Although admitting that the end of this academic path is more a starting point than an arrival point, in the sixth stage (Arrival: (Re)construction of Knowledge and Capabilities, there will be a brief reflection on the contributions of the curricular internship for the Organization and overcoming difficulties. The last stage (Credential: Stamps that Stay) will focus on the skills acquired and developed during the curricular internship. Finally, the epilogue will resume the preamble, now in a final reflective approach, followed by the references, which contain the theoretical frameworks and references mobilized to build this report, and the annexes and appendices that support it.
