Abstract

As part of the second year of the Master's Degree in Organizational Psychology held at the Faculty of Psychology and Education Sciences of the University of Coimbra in the academic year 2021/2022, an annual curricular internship was carried out so that the theoretical knowledge acquired during the first year of this Master's Degree could be applied in a practical context. The purpose of this report is to describe the path taken in the host organization to name, the activities developed and the learning, knowledge and skills obtained during the internship. This academic course took place in the multinational Human Resources (HR) company named Synergie, in the Aveiro delegation, where I was part of the Recruitment and Selection department for Temporary Work and Direct Contracting services, since my main functions were to conduct and monitor recruitment processes, with the help of the ARHNET platform. In addition to this, I was also asked to prepare interview scripts to evaluate the soft skills of the candidates, and I performed this task based on adequate and proper theoretical grounding, in order to optimize the quality of the selection interviews. The report is divided into three major topics. The first aims at presenting the host entity, including its origin and history, its mission, the vision and values by which it is governed, and its organizational structure. Here is also given a special focus on the Aveiro delegation and the HR services and activities that it provides, the main one being Temporary Work. The second topic intends to be an in-depth study of each activity carried out during the internship with special care in approaching theoretical authors, i.e., it will explain the tasks that constitute a Recruitment and Selection process at Synergie, and the methods adopted for the creation and elaboration of interview scripts. Finally, the third topic presents a reflection and a critical analysis of the whole path taken by me in the host organization, reporting the knowledge and skills acquired and developed. It will also address the strengths of the internship as well as its weaknesses and some aspects to be improved in the future. Finally, the strategies undertaken to overcome the perceived obstacles, and the main contributions of this internship to the organization where I worked, will be mentioned.The report ends with a general reflection on the learning path followed during these two years of my Master's degree, in which I had to articulate theoretical concepts with practice. I will also address what I believe to be the contributions of the whole journey to my personal and professional growth.

No âmbito do segundo ano do Mestrado de Psicologia Organizacional realizado, na Faculdade de Psicologia e Ciências de Educação da Universidade de Coimbra, no letivo de 2021/2022, foi dado seguimento a um estágio curricular anual para que os conhecimentos teóricos adquiridos ao longo do primeiro ano deste mestrado, fossem aplicados em contexto prático. O presente relatório tem como propósito relatar o percurso feito na organização de acolhimento ao nomear, as atividades desenvolvidas e as aprendizagens, os conhecimentos e as competências obtidos ao longo do estágio. Este percurso académico decorreu na multinacional de Recursos Humanos (RH) nomeada de Synergie, na delegação de Aveiro, onde integrei o departamento de Recrutamento e Seleção para os serviços de Trabalho Temporário e Contratação Direta, posto que as minhas principais funções passavam pela condução e acompanhamento dos processos de recrutamento, com auxílio da plataforma ARHNET. Para além disto, também me foi proposto elaborar guiões de entrevista para avaliação das soft skills dos candidatos, tendo realizado esta tarefa com base em fundamentação teórica adequada e própria, por forma a poder otimizar a qualidade das entrevistas de seleção. O relatório está dividido em três grandes tópicos. O primeiro tem como objetivo a apresentação da entidade de acolhimento, incluindo a sua origem e história, a sua missão, a visão e os valores pelos quais se rege, e a sua estrutura organizacional. Aqui também é dado um foco especial à delegação de Aveiro e aos serviços e atividades de RH que esta disponibiliza, sendo o principal o Trabalho Temporário. O segundo tópico pretende ser um aprofundamento de cada atividade realizada ao longo estágio com especial cuidado em abordar autores teóricos, ou seja, nele serão explicadas as tarefas que constituem um processo de Recrutamento e Seleção na Synergie, e os métodos adotados para a criação e a elaboração dos guiões de entrevista. Por último, o terceiro tópico apresenta uma reflexão e uma análise crítica de todo o percurso feito por mim na organização de acolhimento, relatando os conhecimentos e as competências adquiridas e desenvolvidas. Nele, também serão abordados os pontos fortes do estágio assim como os seus pontos fracos e alguns aspetos a melhorar, no futuro. Finalmente, serão referidas as estratégias empreendidas para ultrapassar os obstáculos sentidos, e as principais contribuições deste estágio para a organização onde desenvolvi o meu trabalho.O relatório termina com uma reflexão geral sobre o caminho de aprendizagem percorrido ao longo destes dois anos de mestrado, em que tive de articular conceitos teóricos com a prática. Também abordarei aquelas que julgo serem as contribuições de todo o percurso efetuado para o meu crescimento pessoal e profissional.
