Abstract

The report is based on the curricular internship carried out at Babel Portugal, within the scope of the Master's in Organisational Psychology, which was conducted under the supervision of Professor Doctor Paulo Renato Martins Ribeiro Silva Lourenço, responsible for the Faculty of Psychology and Education Sciences of the University of Coimbra, and under the formal supervision of Dra. Cristina Flores and informal supervision of Dr. Nainna Silva and Dr. Andreia Cardoso, on the part of Babel Portugal. The internship began on the 18th of October 2021 and ended on the 31st of May 2022. The internship represents a privileged teaching-learning opportunity in the construction of both professional identity and profile. The main objectives of this internship are to acquire and develop knowledge and skills of assessment, intervention and consultancy in the organisational field; to provide an articulation of the theoretical knowledge obtained throughout the master's degree with a supervised internship; to stimulate critical reflection on the activities developed in the work context and to promote the personal and professional development of the trainee. This report is divided into four main sections. The organisation will be presented in the first section, briefly describing its current situation; services provided; mission, vision and values; organisational culture and structure. The second section will show the areas of intervention addressed during the internship and the activities developed in them will be described with a theoretical framework. A global reflection/analysis of the internship will take place in the third section, identifying knowledge and skills acquired/developed; strengths and weaknesses; strategies undertaken to overcome the perceived obstacles and the main contributions of the internship to the host organisation. Finally, the fourth section will give rise to a critical reflection about the articulation between the theoretical and practical part; the difficulties experienced; the impact of the pandemic crisis and to what extent the master's degree fostered personal growth and professional enhancement.

O presente relatório tem por base o estágio curricular realizado na Babel Portugal, no âmbito do Mestrado em Psicologia Organizacional, tendo o mesmo sido realizado sob a orientação do Professor Doutor Paulo Renato Martins Ribeiro Silva Lourenço, como responsável por parte da Faculdade de Psicologia e Ciências da Educação da Universidade de Coimbra, e sob a supervisão formal da Dra. Cristina Flores e informal da Dra. Nainna Silva e da Dra. Andreia Cardoso, por parte da Babel Portugal. O estágio teve início no dia 18 de Outubro de 2021 e terminou no dia 31 de Maio de 2022. A realização do estágio representa um momento/espaço de ensino-aprendizagem privilegiado na construção da identidade e perfil profissional. Os principais objetivos deste estágio consistem em adquirir e desenvolver conhecimentos e competências de avaliação, intervenção e consultoria no domínio organizacional; proporcionar uma articulação dos conhecimentos teóricos obtidos ao longo do mestrado com uma prática pré-profissionalizante supervisionada (estágio); estimular a reflexão crítica sobre as atividades desenvolvidas no contexto de trabalho e promover o desenvolvimento pessoal e profissional do estagiário. Este relatório encontra-se dividido em quatro secções principais. Na primeira secção, será apresentar a organização, descrevendo-se de forma breve a sua situação atual; serviços que presta; missão, visão e valores; cultura organizacional e estrutura. Na segunda secção, serão descritas as áreas de intervenção abordadas ao longo do estágio e atividades desenvolvidas nas mesmas com um enquadramento teórico. Na terceira secção, será realizada uma reflexão/análise global do estágio em que se identificará conhecimentos e competências adquiridos/desenvolvidos; pontos fortes e fracos; estratégias empreendidas para ultrapassar os obstáculos percebidos e os principais contributos do estágio para a organização acolhedora. Por fim, a quarta secção dará lugar a uma reflexão crítica sobre a articulação entre a parte teórica e a prática; as dificuldades sentidas; o impacto da crise pandêmica e em que medida o mestrado fomentou o crescimento pessoal e valorização profissional.
