This phenomenon is the consequence of a nontrivial boundary condition at the n–p interfaces due to a dislocation of the graphene ‘atoms’.We discuss practical realizations of such superlenses in electronic and photonic platforms. Using full wave simulations, we study in detail the performance of a photonic realization of the lens based on a honeycomb array of dielectric cylinders embedded in a metal. | URI: | http://hdl.handle.net/10316/103428 | ISSN: | 1367-2630 | DOI: | 10.1088/1367-2630/ac5931 | Rights: | openAccess |
