masculino da categoria sub-13 em um clube esportivo do Brasil. Para isso utilizamos as seguintes
metodologias: observações e entrevistas semiestruturadas. Foram feitas observações, em torno de seis meses
em jogos e treinos no futsal do clube pesquisado e anotações relatadas em um diário de campo. Entrevistas
semiestruturadas foram aplicadas para 03 atletas que abandonaram o futsal e seus respectivos pais, além
do técnico e o gerente desportivo, totalizando 08 sujeitos entrevistados. As informações obtidas por meio
das observações e entrevistas foram analisadas com base na técnica análise de conteúdo proposta por
Bardin. Os resultados não são apresentados em categorias, apenas os principais fatores de abandono. Os
resultados do presente estudo permitiram observar que os fatores relevantes para o abandono do jovem no
futsal clubístico foram problemas de relacionamento, descontentamento com o modelo de treino e jogo,
pressão por resultados e excesso de treinamento. The article aims to investigate the reasons for the dropout futsal young male category sub-13 sports club in Brazil. For this we use the following methods: observations and semi-structured interviews. Observations were made, around six months in games and practices in futsal club researched and reported anatoções in a diary. Semi structured interviews were applied to 03 athletes who have left the futsal and their parents, in addition to the technical and sporting manager, totaling 08 subjects interviewed. Information obtained through observations and interviews were analyzed based on the technical content analysis proposed by Bardin. The results are not presented in categories, only the main dropout factors. The results of this study allowed the observation that the factors relevant to the youth of abandonment in club futsal were relationship problems, dissatisfaction with the training model and game, pressure for results and over-training. |
