Title: | Os personagens homéricos no quotidiano lusitano | Other Titles: | Homeric people in the Roman epigraphy of Lusitania | Authors: | Encarnação, José d' | Keywords: | Homero; Poemas homéricos; antroponímia grega; epigrafia romana peninsular | Issue Date: | 31-Jul-2019 | Publisher: | Instituto Politécnico de Tomar | Serial title, monograph or event: | Antrope | Volume: | único | Issue: | 10 | Place of publication or event: | Tomar | Abstract: | Depois de se dar sucinta conta do interesse do livro de Pierre Carlier (1949-2011), Homero, mostra-se como há nos antropónimos patentes na epigrafia romana da Lusitânia Ocidental reflexos claros do mundo homérico, mormente no meio servil e de libertos. A pesquisa levada a efeito acerca da ocorrência do nome Helene a nível peninsular pode ser, nesse aspecto, encarada como estudo de caso. After a brief note about Homero, book of the Professor Carlier (1949-2011), an analysis of the anthroponomy revealed by epigraphic monuments of the Occidental Roman Lusitania shows clear reflexes of the Homeric world, almost in the circle of slaves or freemen. The ocurrence of the name Helene may be considered as case study. | URI: | https://hdl.handle.net/10316/87331 | ISSN: | 2183-1386 | DOI: | doi.org/10.26358/ant1001 | Rights: | openAccess |
