Os direitos humanos na zona de contacto entre globalizações rivais

Abstract

O nosso tempo não é um tempo de respostas fortes. É antes um tempo de perguntas fortes e de respostas fracas.Diante deste facto, este artigo interroga: Serão os direitos humanos afinal uma resposta fraca para alguma interrogação forte que eles simultaneamente revelam e ocultam? Para responder a essa interrogação, são analisados os direitos humanos nas zonas de contacto entre as globalizações: a globalização hegemónica neoliberal, a globalização contra-hegemónica e a globalização da religião política. A confluência e o confronto nas zonas de contacto entre três globalizações criam quatro dimensões de turbulência: entre princípios e práticas, entre princípios rivais,entre raízes e opções e entre o sagrado e o profano. Sendo assim, apresenta que só reconhecendo as debilidades actuais dos direitos humanos e suas relações com as dimensões da injustiça global, que é possível, construir a partir deles, mas para além deles, ideias e práticas de resistência fortes.

Our time is not a time of strong answers. It is before a time of strong questions and of week answers. Faced with this fact, this article interrogates: Would be the human rights after all a week answer for some strong interrogation that they simultaneously reveal and hide? To answer that interrogation, the human rights in the zones of contact between the globalizations are analyzed: the neoliberal hegemonic globalization, the globalization counter-hegemonic and the globalization of the political religion. The confluence and the confrontation in the zones of contact between three globalizations create four dimensions of turbulence: between principles and practical, between rival principle, between roots and options and between the sacred and the profane. Therefore, it presents that just recognizing the current weaknesses of human rights and their relations with the dimensions of the global injustice, that is possible, build from them, but for beyond them, ideas and practices of strong resistance.
