A entropia revertida no momento atual da evolução do sistema mundial

Abstract

Este artigo tem como objetivo explorar a hipótese de estarem a ocorrer fenómenos de entropia revertida no atual momento do sistema mundial. Em particular, é tomada como referência a expansão global do modelo neoliberal no quadro do sistema económico capitalista. Neste contexto, é observado que o modelo neoliberal, nas suas várias vertentes, enfrenta problemáticas que não só ameaçam a sua expansão como revelam retrocessos na referida expansão. Concretamente, são observados acontecimentos do ponto de vista geopolítico, económico e social que apresentam semelhanças com períodos anteriores do sistema capitalista e do sistema mundial. Esta hipótese é suportada por uma abordagem organicista da teoria geral dos sistemas na convergência entre as ciências sociais e as ciências naturais. Embora se exija um aprofundamento deste estudo, nomeadamente do ponto de vista epistemológico, as ideias expressas neste trabalho realçam as limitações de um modelo de desenvolvimento que não respeita as especificidades das diferentes sociedades. This article aims to explore the hypothesis that reverse entropy phenomena are occurring in the current moment of the world system. In particular, reference is made to the global expansion of the neoliberal model within the framework of the capitalist economic system. In this context, it is observed that the neoliberal model, in its various aspects, faces problems that not only threaten its expansion but also reveal setbacks in the said expansion. Concretely, events are observed from the geopolitical, economic and social point of view that present similarities with previous periods of the capitalist system and of the world system. This hypothesis is supported by an organicist approach to the general systems theory in the convergence between the social sciences and the natural sciences. Although a deepening of this study is required, namely from an epistemological point of view, the ideas expressed in this work highlight the limitations of a development model that does not respect the specificities of the different societies.
