Specific Objectives To develop the concept of differential risk transfer. This contributes to 2030 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) 11 and 5. To prioritize the territorial units of the regions Pacífica, Caribe or Insular susceptible to the implementation of a Climate Risk Transfer Mechanism (CRTM). Contributes to SDGs 13, 11 and 5. To know the perception of the prioritized territorial units about the implementation of a CRTM. Contributes to SDG 13.
