Biography
João Bicker is a graphic designer, educator, design writer and curator who lives and works in Coimbra, Portugal. He has a degree in Biology and a PhD in Contemporary Arts. He worked at the Anthropology Museum of the University of Coimbra. He is co-founder and creative director of FBA, a graphic design consultancy. At FBA he has developed an extensive body of work as a graphic designer and art director in book design, visual identity and exhibition design projects. He is currently professor at the Multimedia and Design courses of the University of Coimbra.
