La frontera y la decolonialidad. Una reflexión desde los feminismos-otros

Abstract

Los feminismos-otros, incluyendo en esta categoría a los feminismos negros, los chicanos, los lesbianos, los decoloniales, etc., han desafiado no sólo el modo de hacer y pensar del feminismo hegemónico (blanco, occidental, burgués, heterosexual), sino también el paradigma colonial de producir conocimiento. A través de estas líneas, se analiza el impacto de los feminismos-otros sobre la episteme colonial y se extrae uno de los conceptos clave, el de frontera, desarrollado por diferentes autoras feministas-otras con el objetivo de ejemplificar dicho impacto.

The feminisms-others, which includes black feminisms, chicano feminisms, lesbian feminisms, decolonial feminisms, etc., have challenged not only the way of thinking and doing of the hegemonic (white, western, middle-class, heterosexual) feminism but also the colonial paradigm of producing knowledge. Though these lines I analyze the impact of the feminisms-others on the colonial episteme and I try to take one of the most relevant concepts, the border, that has been developed by different authors, such as Gloria Anzaldúa, in order to illustrate this impact.
