Programação e Produção Musical e Teatral nos Serviços de Cultura da Câmara Municipal de Abrantes

Abstract

O presente Relatório de Estágio da aluna Rosa Catarina Sousa Diogo intitulado “Programação e Produção Musical e Teatral nos Serviços de Cultura da Câmara Municipal de Abrantes” resulta do Estágio Curricular, com duração de três meses, efetuado no 2º ano, do Mestrado em Estudos Artísticos, pela Faculdade de Letras, da Universidade de Coimbra, que teve como local de realização a Câmara Municipal de Abrantes, com incidência e permanência laboral no Serviço de Cultura e Património, tendo tido como início a data de 7 de novembro de 2016 e tendo como término o dia 24 de fevereiro de 2017.A escolha feita para o local de Estágio, depois de algum tempo de reflexão, recaiu sobre a Câmara Municipal de Abrantes no Departamento de Cultura e Património; tendo em conta o meu interesse pelo trabalho realizado no departamento e produzido na área do caso de estudo proposto por mim, tendo em conta o trabalho realizado pela entidade, agrupando e conjugando o conhecimento com o trabalho realizado, podendo assim estabelecer comparações entre os conteúdos artísticos programados e o conhecimento adquirido ao longo deste 2º Ciclo de Estudos no Mestrado de Estudos Artísticos.O estágio foi orientado pelo Doutor Professor João Maria Bernardo Ascenso André, representante da Faculdade de Letras, Universidade de Coimbra, e no local de estágio pela Drª Célia Amaro Coordenadora do Serviço de Cultura e Património da Câmara Municipal de Abrantes. Após algumas reflexões juntamente com o orientador da Faculdade de Letras, Universidade de Coimbra e com a orientadora do local de estágio, surge um título para descrever o Relatório de Estágio; que teve por base o desenvolvimento de um Plano de Pesquisa no ramo da Programação e Produção com especial atenção aos ramos artísticos da Música e do Teatro.Como objetivo principal do domínio do título do Relatório de estágio “Programação e Produção Musical e Teatral nos Serviços de Cultura da Câmara Municipal de Abrantes”, requer o conhecimento na íntegra da orgânica das atividades de programação cultural nas áreas artísticas da música e do teatro realizadas pela Câmara Municipal de Abrantes na Cidade propriamente dita, que são apresentadas no Cine Teatro S. Pedro de Abrantes.Como estratégia delineada para a escrita deste trabalho, há uma divisão preliminar entre os contextos gerais, bem como do teatro e da música; em seguida a forma de perceber a sua programação e depois a sua produção, é definido através da observação e acompanhamento das suas produções, desde o momento da sua programação até ao momento do espetáculo final de apresentação ao público.Em qualquer uma das vertentes foram definidos pontos de desenvolvimento prioritário o que facilitou a compreensão e consequente implantação no tempo e espaço.Um dos pontos mais importantes e para além do conhecimento retido é o momento da reflexão critica perceber a aplicação de conceitos no conteúdo prático laboral em simbiose com o momento da execução; o conhecimento e pesquisa prévia da linguagem artística de cada um dos projetos artísticos é fundamental, bem como ser detentor de toda uma linguagem técnica audiovisual e artística para a criação de uma visão o mais realista possível dos contextos e dos seus formatos de aplicação.A beleza da conjugação das artes do teatro e da música é algo que se completa no momento da conceção da linguagem programática e realista no momento da aplicação nos espaços, conotando estes maravilhosos momentos de beleza, delicadeza, deixando perpetuar em si momentos de lembrança duradouros, deixando em cada um dos seus espectadores a sua doce saudade do momento da apresentação.As grandezas do cruzamento temporal das obras fazem-se encontrar em cima do palco, criando em si uma teia que nos permite a observação pormenorizada dos acontecimentos.A este relatório foi permitido o acompanhamento integral e uma visão de perto, desde as negociações iniciais, bem como a discussão do material técnico, e em particular num dos casos o acompanhamento realizado como produtora de uma produção musical.Algo de reflexão positiva neste relatório foi sem dúvida a facilidade de acesso e contacto direto com os artistas, podendo colocar questões de ordem cientifica e técnica aos vários intervenientes, despertando interesses paralelos e futuros.

The following report, from the student Rosa Catarina Sousa Diogo, entitled “Programming, musical and theatrical production in the cultural services of the City Council of Abrantes”, is the result of a curricular internship, under the Master for Artistic Studies of the University of Coimbra´s Faculty of Letters. The internship was held at the City Council of Abrantes, at the Culture and Heritage Department, with a duration of about 3 months, from November 7th 2016, to February 24th 2017. The choice of the internship institution, after some time of reflection, fell on the City Council of Abrantes, at the Culture and Heritage Department. This choice was based on the interest for the work developed in that department and produced in the area of the study case proposed, also, taking into account the work developed by the entity, grouping and combining the knowledge with the work done there, which enabled the comparison between the artistic contents programmed and the knowledge acquired throughout the Master for Artistic Studies.The internship was guided by Professor Dr. João Maria Bernardo Ascenso André, representative of the University of Coimbra´s Faculty of Letters, and at the internship institution, by Drª Célia Amaro, coordinator of the Culture and Heritage Department at the City Council of Abrantes.After reflecting with the mentor of the University of Coimbra´s Faculty of Letters and with the coordinator from the department in which the internship was held, the report´s title come up. This title describes the activities develop during the internship, consisting in the development of a research plan in the field of Programming and Production, with a special focus in music and theater.As the main objective of the report´s title “Programming, musical and theatrical production in the cultural services of the City Council of Abrantes”, it requires full knowledge of the institution and cultural agenda, more specifically in the areas of music and theater, of the City Council of Abrantes, which are mostly presented in Abrantes´ S. Pedro Cine Theater.As a strategy chosen for the writing of this report, there is a preliminary division between general contexts, from theater and music. Following that, it is explained the way to understand its programming and then its production, through the observation and monitoring since the moment of its programming until the final show presented to the public.In any of the strands were defined priority development points, which made it easier the understanding and the consequent implementation in time and space. One of the core points is, besides the retained knowledge, in the moment of the critical reflection, understand the application of concepts in the practical working content in symbiosis with the moment of execution. The knowledge e previous research of artistic language of each of the artistic projects is fundamental, as well as being the owner of a technical, audiovisual and artistic language, to create a more realistic view of the context and their application formats.The beauty of the conjugation of theater and music arts is something that is completed at the moment of the conception of programmatic and realistic language at the moment of application in the spaces, creating these wonderful moments of beauty, delicacy, perpetuating moments of lasting memories, leaving in each one of its spectators its sweet nostalgia of the moment of presentation.The greatness of the temporal crossing of the artistic works are found on the stage, creating in them a web that allows us to observe detailed events.This report allowed a full follow-up and a close-up, from the initial negotiations, as well as the discussion of the technical material, and in particular in one of the cases, the accompaniment as a producer of a musical production.One of the positive aspects of this report was undoubtedly the ease of access and direct contact with the artists, that allowed me to put questions of scientific and technical nature to the various intervinients, arousing parallel and future interests.
