Relatório de estágio pedagógico desenvolvido na Escola Básica e Secundária Quinta das Flores, junto da turma do 11ºA no ano letivo de 2016/2017

Abstract

O Estágio Pedagógico é um momento fundamental na formação de novos professores, permitindo que estes experienciem o contexto escolar, na prática, aplicando os conhecimentos adquiridos previamente. Com o presente documento pretende-se descrever e refletir o trabalho desenvolvido no âmbito do Estagio Pedagógico, enquanto professor estagiário de Educação Física, na Escola Básica e Secundária Quinta das Flores. Na primeira parte deste documento é contextualizada toda envolvência onde foi desenvolvido o Estágio Pedagógico, procurando descrever em que situação este ocorreu. Numa segunda fase, são descritas e refletidas as práticas pedagógicas utilizadas, bem como a análise de outras áreas de intervenção. São identificados os problemas e dúvidas que surgiram e as aprendizagens adquiridas, explicando a forma como tal decorreu. Por fim, o relatório é concluído com um tema-problema sobre “Reações dos professores perante comportamentos de indisciplina nas aulas de educação física”. A indisciplina é uma das principais preocupações dos professores em formação e, também, dos mais experientes, pelo impacto que tem na criação de um ambiente favorável à aprendizagem. Assim, foram analisadas as reações aos comportamentos de indisciplina nas aulas de EF, verificando qual a sua frequência e comparando professores estagiários e professores experientes. Os resultados mostram que os professores seguem as indicações expostas na bibliografia sobre esta problemática e que as diferenças significativas (p>0,05) entre os grupos analisados, encontram-se, apenas, em dois tipos de reação, nas situações de menor gravidade.

The Teacher Training is an important moment in the education of new teachers, allowing them to experience the school context, in practice, applying the knowledge previously acquired. This report intends to describe and reflect the work developed as a trainee teacher of Physical Education in Escola Básica e Secundária Quinta das Flores. In the first part of this document is contextualized all the surroundings where the Teacher Training was developed, trying to describe in what situation this occurred. In a second phase, the pedagogical practices used, as well as the analysis of other areas of intervention, are described and reflected. The problems and doubts that have emerged and the acquired learning are clarified, explaining how they happened during this process. Finally, the report ends with a problem-theme on "Reactions of teachers to indiscipline behaviors in physical education classes". Discipline is one of the main concerns of teachers in internship, and also of the most experienced, for the impact it has on creating a learning-friendly environment. Thus, the reactions to the behaviors of indiscipline in the Physical Education classes were analyzed, checking their frequency and comparing intern teachers and experienced ones. The results show that teachers follow the indications presented in the bibliography about this problem and that the significant differences (p> 0.05) between the analyzed groups are only found in two types of reaction, in situations of lower gravity.
