Inferência topológica computacional

Abstract

Neste trabalho irão ser estudados métodos de reconstrução não apenas de um conjunto compacto mas também da sua topologia. No ínicio serão introduzidas algumas noções e propriedades importantes, para serem de seguida estudados e simulados dois métodos de recuperação geométrica. No final, iremos libertar-nos da representação geométrica e estudaremos alguns invariantes topológicos que nos permitirão recuperar características do conjunto inicial.

In this paper we will study reconstruction methods not only for compact sets but also for its topology. We start by introducing some important notions and properties in order to study and simulate two geometric reconstruction methods. In the end, we will free ourselves from the geometric representation and present some topological invariants that will allow us to recover some characteristics of the inicial set.
