La tumba de la musa. Alrededor de Safo en la Antología Griega

Abstract

This paper aims to draw Sappho’s profile in the Greek Anthology by means of an analysis of the epigrams written about her. By this, it performs an overlook on the poetic and plastic reception of her and the way she was interpreted during the Hellenistic and Byzantine periods, tracing as well the limits of her symbolic treatment as the tenth Muse.
