A integração europeia como fenômeno jurídico-político : uma análise constitucional da União Europeia

Abstract

O presente trabalho tem por objetivo o estudo da integração regional europeia enquanto fenômeno constitucional. Busca-se relacionar o movimento constitucional, através da sua análise histórica, com a globalização, que ocorre a partir da internacionalização do direito, e com o surgimento da integração política regional. Por fim, analisa-se o processo de integração regional europeia, para entender o constitucionalismo europeu.
