Do lazer canônico ao desviante: tipologia e níveis de tolerância

Abstract

O objetivo desse estudo é identificar o grau de tolerância em relação a determinadas práticas potencialmente desviantes na cidade fronteiriça de Foz do Iguaçu, Paraná, Brasil. A região de fronteira despertou questionamentos em relação aos níveis de tolerância, que serviram como referenciais para a reflexão sobre o lazer canônico e o lazer desviante. O procedimento metodológico consistiu na aplicação de um questionário virtual composto por perguntas fechadas e abertas, respondidas por estudantes do ensino superior. Os resultados trazem à superfície parte de uma realidade que apresentam elementos para a análise da existência de diferentes fluxos de tolerância, que oscila entre o lazer canônico e o lazer desviante. Os significados do lazer vislumbram uma base preliminar para colocar o tema sob tensão na sociedade atual.

The objective of this study is to identify the degree of tolerance in relation to certain potentially deviant practices in the border city of Foz do Iguaçu, Paraná, Brazil. The border region has raised questions about the tolerance levels, which servee as references for reflection on canonical leisure and deviant leisure. The methodological procedure consisted in the application of a virtual questionnaire composed of closed and open questions, answered by higher education students. The results bring to the surface part of a reality which present elements for the analysis of the existence of different flows of tolerance, that oscillates between canonical leisure and deviant leisure. The meanings of leisure envision a preliminary basis for putting the subject under tension in today's society.
